Separation & Divorce Counselling
Supporting you through one of life's most challenging transitions
Finding Your Way Through Change
Separation and divorce can turn life upside down. Even when the decision feels right, you may still feel overwhelmed, heartbroken, numb, confused, or exhausted. Daily tasks can feel heavier, communication may feel strained, and the future might seem unclear or frightening.
You may be navigating co-parenting, big emotions, loneliness, stress, financial uncertainty, or the loss of a relationship you never expected to end. You might also be trying to stay strong for your children, manage conflict, or find a sense of stability when everything feels in motion.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I understand how emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding this transition can be—and I’m here to support you with compassion, clarity, and practical tools.
What Is Separation & Divorce Counselling?
Separation and divorce counselling provides supportive, non-judgmental guidance through the emotional, relational, and logistical changes of ending a relationship. It gives you a safe, grounded space to process what’s happening, understand what you need, and move forward in the healthiest way possible.
Whether you’re thinking about separating, currently in the process, or adjusting afterward, counselling can help you slow down, get clear, and take steps that align with your values—not just your stress or fear.

More About Andrea
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s of Social Work and over fourteen years of experience supporting individuals and families. I chose to specialize in separation and divorce because I’ve been through it myself—and the support I received from a therapist changed the course of my life.
That experience showed me how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner during such a vulnerable time. Now, I offer that same compassionate, steady support to others beginning their own next chapter.
